#1012: ath_rcv_dev_event, netdevice name change needs to be fixed somehow

In r1796 I tried to fix ath_rcv_dev_event to not dereference dev->priv
directly to find ath_softc. I ended up reverting that change in r1798. I
could not figure out how to safely determine that this is a device we
should care about when the notifier gets called. As it is I expect
devices cannot be renamed, though I have not tested it.
