Comment:

The regparm issue is fixed in r1890. CONFIG_REGPARM is not referenced
anymore as it's unreliable. "asmlinkage" is used to enforce standard ABI
 for HAL.

The INIT_WORK issue is fixed in r1891. Instead of implementing three-
 argument ATH_INIT_SCHED_TASK for Linux 2.6.20, I made it two-argument.
It's good enough for radar detection. We don't need a generic three-
 argument ATH_INIT_SCHED_TASK implementation.

The patch has been compile tested for Linux 2.4.33-pre3, 2.6.18, 2.6.19
and current Linux from git (2.6.20-rc4). Correct passing of the arguments
has been checked on 2.6.18 and 2.6.20-rc4. I don't have a radar, so I had
to negate the return value of ath_hal_radar_event() to trigger the radar
 task.

Testing on Linux 2.4 would be appreciated. Testing with real radars would
 be helpful as well.
