#1111: [patch] remove printfs from OpenHAL code and cease redefining printf

The openhal ar5k_ar521?_dump_state functions all use printf, relying on an
earlier definition of printf to ARK5K_PRINTF by ah_osdep.h.
However, this definition of printf by ah_osdep.h clashes with kernel
header usage of printf (the first clash against 2.6.19 is
include/linux/seq_file.h:43), which shows up in the dadwifi-openhal
branch.
This patch replaces the printf calls with AR5K_PRINTF and removes the
definition of printf from ah_osdep.h.
