This is not going to happen with MadWifi and binary HAL, I'm afraid.
There are two reasons for this
1. The FCC restricts the bandwidth and channel widths allowed
2. The HAL provides the channel table with all the channel widths and
information.
Another ticket exists for supporting 5/10MHz channels in 4.9GHz range, and
as part of that I will see if I can't also add the missing 700MHz/900MHz
channel mappings.
I'm going to close this one as duplicate.
