Second best choice: try to create a second VAP in monitor mode beside the
AP one:
{{{wlanconfig ath0_mon create wlandev wifi0 wlanmode monitor}}}
This creates second VAP called ''ath0_mon0''. Set it up by calling
{{{ifconfig ath0_mon0 up}}}
and capture with tcpdump on it as mentioned above.
