#1657: iwlist ath0 scan shows no results with 2.6.23 kernel

I am trying to bring up 802.11N card on one of the customers board which
is power PC based. I am using 2.6.23 kernel. I was able to compile and
load the drivers and bring up the wifi0 and ath0 interfaces. Any clue what
I could be missing. Is there something changed with 2.6.23 kernels?
