Comment:
The code was commented out in trunk for roaming based upon RSSI. You
would have to re-enable. Also, background scanning in trunk is working
and not producing the symptoms described any longer to the best of my
knowledge. In fact, complaints to the contrary that it is missing too
much in station mode have been posted recently. I'm going to close this,
but if you think the issue still stands let me know.
