 Hi

 On my laptop all work fine except wifi. Ndiswrapper don't up network.
 Native drivers (ath_pci) too.

 This is info:
 {{{

 taints kernel.
 Jan  3 08:52:47 localhost kernel: ath_hal: 0.9.18.0 (AR5210, AR5211,
 AR5212, RF5111, RF5112, RF2413, RF5413)
 Jan  3 08:52:47 localhost kernel: wlan: 0.8.4.2 (0.9.3.2)
 Jan  3 08:52:47 localhost kernel: ath_pci: 0.9.4.5 (0.9.3.2)
 Jan 3 08:52:47 localhost kernel: ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:06:00.0[A] ->

 This is my device:
 {{{

Comment:

 My guess is that you are another victim of the issue that is described in
 #1192 and for which an experimental solution is available in #1679. In
 short words: some cards are based on AR5007, but use the PCI ID of
 AR5006-based cards. AR5007 is only supported in an experimental patch, see
 #1679.

 Please work through both mentioned tickets and follow the guidelines
 there, then please confirm whether my assumption was correct or not.
 Thanks.
