its not first-class support. you get a hal sourcecode which is not that
feature rich like the madwifi/sam hal. but with alot of time we where able
to redevelop alot of these features. the channel width selections and the
rest are all own developments. so atheros itself does not offer these
features. you need to implement these by yourself if you get the atheros
TLA. and yes it costs alot of money
