New description:
Well I downloaded the driver and installed it. After that I still have not

I check lsmod | grep ath ans this is what i got:

also ifconfig doesnt mention anything about a wireless interface neither
does iwconfig....
So what Im doing wrong? I reboot after the 'sudo make install' but nothing
happens... and but nothing I mean that even my wireless adapter power
indicator led still turned off... the hardware appears to be knocked
off!... mmm
Perhaps if I turn off the ACPI managment module.... could this be
dangerous to my laptop life longiness? Anyway im detouring from the real
