Comment:
The HAL provides no report of the state of the mini-PCI IO inhibit ping,
as far as I am aware. Thus, we cannot set the interface to not running
when the IO is inhibited.
There is more than likely a way to achieve this, but I imagine it shall
have to wait until thigns are RE'd for ath5k.
Resolving as WONTFIX.
