Hello,
I have exactly the same problem, ksoftirqd0/1 take 100% of my cpu and my
network down.
I do "/etc/init.d/network restart" to resolve the problem.
I tested with trunk, but always the same...
I'm using madwifi 0.94 on debian lenny 2.6.24-1-amd64 with netgear wpn311
the problem occures 5 to 10 times a day, network is useless
