Pretty similar to my last bug report, this time with trunk.

Before the channel change everything works well. During the channel change
it sends the channel change notifications in the beacon. It then does the
channel change. After the change, it no longer sends beacons. Not on
channel 1 or channel 5. I used a second device in monitor more to verify
this. It has however changed channel. An STA has followed the channel
change and does a reassociate. This works. But without the beacons it does
a beacon miss and reassosicates again, ad infinitum...
