Comment:

 Try a [http://snapshots.madwifi.org/ "madwifi-trunk-current"] snapshot
 after carefully removing the stuff you have attempted to install already.

 It could also be that your hardware is poorly identified, tick #1869
 suggests that some chipsets thought to be AR5006EG are in fact a variant
 of AR5007EG, in which case #1679 may be of interest.

 In any case, the HAL is older in 0.9.4 than it is in SVN trunk and has
 less chance of supporting new hardware.

 Closing this particular ticket as invalid, as it is a support request and
 not a driver defect. Please persue [wiki:Support support channels] for
 further assistance.
