#1962: Cannot authenticate with WPA network with AR5418

I've got a WPA-PSK network which my AR5418 simply won't connect to. I've
tried trunk/r3680 and trunk/r3403. I've also tried both AES and TKIP mode
(on r3680). The device works with unsecured and WEP-secured networks.
Two other laptops (running gutsy/amd64 and hardy/i386), with older atheros
cards supported in the ubuntu kernel both authenticate correctly.
