#1969: oops on rmmod ath5k after suspend (kernel 2.6.35.4)

----------------------------+-----------------------------------------------
 I recently upgraded to vanilla linux 2.6.25.4 + Tux-on-Ice 3.0rc7 and
found the new atheros driver in there... it seems to work nicely with my
 Thinkpad:

 ath5k_pci 0000:02:02.0: registered as 'phy0'
phy0: Selected rate control algorithm 'pid'
 ath5k phy0: Atheros AR5213 chip found (MAC: 0x56, PHY: 0x41)
 ath5k phy0: RF2112A 2GHz radio found (0x45)

But there is one twist when I do a suspend cycle while the module is
loaded (be it tuxonice hibernation or ACPI S3, doesn't matter) and rmmod
ath5k after resume, the system will crash shortly after that (not
 _directly_).
I made a literal screenshot from the oops, trying to attach it if
 possible...

I see some cpuidle stuff in there... well, perhaps it's some effect
together with the goodies of dynamic tics and frequency scaling... dunno.
Note that when I do _not_ rmmod ath5k it seems to work nicely. Also
unloading the module before suspend and loading afterwards looks fine.
