New description:
Trying to modprobe ath5k getting:
{{{
ath5k_pci 0000:02:00.0: registered as 'phy0'
ath5k phy0: failed to resume the MAC Chip
ath5k_pci: probe of 0000:02:00.0 failed with error -5
}}}
in dmesg. Is that chip supported? How can I help here?
Comment (by mrenzmann):
Suspend/resume currently is of minor importance; getting all chipsets
supported is more important at this point. So please don't hold your
breath while you're waiting for this being fixed.
It's a known issue, so no need to confirm you also see it.
