 I closed this ticket since this is regarded a support issue.

 As explained [wiki:TicketSubmissionGuidelines in details] (right below the
 big fat red box that asks you to read this information carefully) to
 anyone who submits a new ticket, this ticket facility is NOT suited for
 support requests. Nevertheless a ticket has been opened for this issue,
 abusing the bug tracker for a support request. For this I closed it,
 asking those who suffer from this issue to contact our support.

 So, instead of being disappointed or even giving up, you should do as
 suggested above: please contact our [wiki:Support regular support
 channels] in order to get help with resolving this issue.
