Replying to [ticket:2364 pedro]: The TxPower is offset - the 16dBm is
actually 26dBm. This is a HAL trick used to allow higher transmit power
settings to be set without having HAL resetting the power to a lower
value. The actual transmit power is really 10dBm higher than what is
displayed.

26dBm Txpower but madwifi driver that I'm using to control it limits the
