Hi,
A small warning - please make sure that the stock respone you send
people is a bit apologetic - people creating bug reports often don't
understand what the various states of bugs mean, in my experience, and
perhaps they don't know that people are waiting for feedback.
"INVALID" can seem a bit harsh on its own, for example, unless it's
accompanied by a pretty apologetic "sorry, but there's not much we can
do with this bug as-is, if you can answer the questions asked {n} months
ago, please re-open the bug".
