Well, folks, the time has come for the council to select its chair. As outlined in the wiki[1], the council selects its own chair by a majority of 3 out of 5 members. If no majority can be reached, then the council member with the most votes from the election is selected as chair.
The chair is, of course (in the parliamentary sense), little more than a figurehead with a few extra administrative duties, so it's nothing for anybody to get too worked up over. ;) To begin, do any of the council members NOT wish to serve as chair?
