What error do you get? (I can find "No address given" or "Authentication failed" if I try doing various invalid things.) Password reminder worksforme, logging in to the list membership configuration wfm too. Maybe your subscription is under a different alias; check headers? That said, I now managed to get my password set to something with a leading and trailing space, and can't login with any variation (of spaces) thereof :D (Logging in to another maemo-* list membership config with its different password and changing the pw there with the "Change globally" knob set fixed that, boringly enough.)
