The header and footer (the footer especially) both feel like they could use more contrast (OS X here, so my gamma settings could be coming into play), the whole thing just lacks a little boldness. The HOT and FRESH items sort of jump out at you past everything else on the page. The orange box feels like a little much, maybe do away with them entirely? Or expand them to also include the text and the rating and make them gray? Dunno, but the orange is too much.
