beating people to the punch: I can't explain the discrepancy between 936 votes cast in the election and 912 votes here, resulting in substracting everyone who didn't vote from the size of the electorate, and excluding duplicate emails. I guess it's possible that about 20 people voted twice with different userids and the same email address.
