OK - I will get on launching the referenda today. And yes, I have complete control over the email to be sent :) Which wiki pages do you have in mind? I could create some, and create some skeleton content. I see no point in prolonging this for a month. Maybe we need a referendum to shorten that period? (Kidding! One thing at a time).
