This is actually a good scenario but I think there is already too much
workload and time for a developer/packager using the current
extras/extras-devel structure.

I maintain something like 30 source packages which in the end will
result in 100+ binary packages in the repositories. I takes me about a
whole week of work since I start uploading the sources to the
autobuilder, fixing things and ensuring everything is working before
promoting the resulting packages to extras.

I strongly agree with stable/testing/experimental, but I'm a bit
worried about how much would it cost for the maintainers to start
working with this new structure if we keep the process as it is
nowadays. The big question is, where and how we could improve??
