Indeed, and so my point on the non-block booked beds is an *extra* cost on top of that already scheduled. However, if people are bringing families or are unwilling to share with strangers via the Internet; we need both a policy - and a process - for dealing with them. And, going back to my original email, it's not going to be me defining them.
