One of the things I find refreshing in the free software world is that everything is personal, but there's no shame in making a mistake. I regret the mistake, but rest assured I'll only ever make it once ;) By "everything is personal", I mean that even when it's a corporation like Nokia sponsoring or supporting a project, we can see when it's Igor Stoppa or Marius Vollmer doing the work (sorry for picking on you two!). But unlike the commercial world I knew where colleagues were always looking to blame someone else (typically the guy who left a couple of months ago), here, because everything's personal, everyone is responsible for their actions & words.
