My suggestion would be:
* Allocate anyone who has "Single/Shared" in the "Who Needs a Room?"
table to a shared room.
* Delete "Who Needs A Room?" table.
* See how many spaces left. Advertise a "first come first served"
to maemo-community and maemo-developers. 30 mins later to tmo.
30 mins later to maemo-users and 30 mins later to planet.
The "first come first served" would be open to any registered applicant?
