I see a lot more "ideas" in brainstorm [2]. One brainstorm feature could actually be to "open an enhancement" request in bugzilla by just clicking a button (I should add this to brainstorm). IMHO at this moment such requests can be tracked better at bugs.maemo.org, because there the "idea" or "bug" is actually "assigned to" a person, who is supposedly working on it.
