To build on my last email...

I understand completely if there's opposition to this, but I think it would be 
helpful if we identified primary roles for ourselves.  For instance I currently 
have a high interest in filling in gaps for newcomers.  One example is the IRC 
page, which I am about to update to include more links to resources (such as 
tablet clients, not currently mentioned).

So the primary role I would take on for now is "content filler".  Along the 
same lines it would be good to have a lead on style and other aspects.

On a related note, do we have a site map or plans to implement one?  If not I 
will volunteer to take this on as a project.
