Hi all, I did a talk at FOSDEM 10 in the distributions room on the Maemo Community Council as a case-study in how companies can empower community members to feel ownership of corporate-sponsored projects. There were some really good talks in the distro room this year - I can particularly recommend Michael Meeks's bootchart2 talk, and the OBS presentation, and the "mobile distribution challenges" talk (which was more of a Q&A/brainstorm) is worth seeing too, if only to see what questions people are asking themselves (without necessarily having good answers).
