Hi, getting the Maemo community to think about the future including scenarios
where Nokia is not around is definitely good. However...

> Due to Nokia's announcement that it will stop funding for maemo.org in 2012

Where does this come from? I haven't seen any announcement, and I'm not aware
about any explicit decision of terminating funding to maemo.org. Afaik there is
currently a plan to keep sponsoring maemo.org infra costs until the end of 2012
and no specific plans for 2013, yet.

PS: Anyway, *personally* I share the opinion expressed by others that most of
the current interest for Maemo will be shifted towards MeeGo/formeego.org and
other directions by the end of 2012. Even if initiatives originated in the
Maemo context like Cordia exist by then, they will probably be sitting on top
of Qt / MeeGo / Harmattan APIs and around the circles of attraction of the
MeeGo / Qt / etc communities. But this discussion belongs to another thread.
