As you are not well, I will remind you that rss2email has the ability to select the mail FROM address on a per-feed basis. You have to set it by hand in the config file. See the example config file. Unfortunately, at least in the version I have installed, it is not clear whether you need to set OVERRIDE_FROM or OVERRIDE_EMAIL or both. Hope you get better soon.
