So, what elections do the Council think are running? And which does S. Howard want to stand for? I must admit, I'm very disappointed that none of the candidates has actually outlined any platform beyond "I'm nominating myself". That's a statement, not an argument for anyone to vote for them. Without engaging with the electorate, the turnout will - I suspect - be very low.
