We have now 4 running candidates to 3 council positions, as per
association rules

regarding elections in §4.1 dictate.
The candidates are as follows;

* Mosen (Timo Könnecke)
* Sicelo (Sicelo Mhlongo)
* Juiceme (Jussi Ohenoja)
