So we need to develop a pygame/sdl library to hold stylus input. :-) I'm on university vacation since monday and round robin schedule between (maemo, mas, opie), so maybe it take a little to come with something. Just as an idea: track events (mouse or there is something different for touchpad/stylus?) position and if's between a given threshold, just hold the last value. If it's outside the threshold, use the last point as a marker and store the segment. Then you make coordinates relative or even translate into codes: RIGHT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, maybe more granularity... If it can be simple enough like this, it's easy to implement. Let's agree on requirements then I come with a python prototype that can be later implemented in C for optimum performance. -- Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri --------------------------------------- Computer Engineer 2001 - UNICAMP GPSL - Grupo Pro Software Livre Cell..: +55 (19) 9165 8010 Jabber: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ#: 17249123 MSN: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Skype: gsbarbieri GPG: 0xB640E1A2 @ wwwkeys.pgp.net _______________________________________________ maemo-developers mailing list maemo-developers@maemo.org https://maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-developers
