The rootfs is the same for all "supported" hardware devices. The real problem is that for 1.1RC5, you must have a recent bootloader+kernel+initfs. (such as the ones distributed publicly by Nokia) Unfortunately, bootloader and initfs are hardware-version dependant, so I guess you need to ask whoever gave you the B4 device if they can send you newer versions of the product image, and only after that, install rootfs 1.1RC5.
