I just downloaded the 1.4 version of maemopad and has successfully installed it. It work and it appear in task launcher menu. The earlier version may have some error in it (I think).
However does anybody come across this error: maemo_af_desktop[13898]: Error loading icon 'maemopad': Icon 'maemopad' not present in theme I got it after I executed this command: app-installer-tool install maemopad_1.4_i386.deb Ed.
