It should be enough to just have PACKAGENAME there, the "com.nokia" part is appended if the name does not contain a dot. Worth noting: the osso_initialize() does not allow dots in the name. And yes, it's a little annoying to have different behaviour in the .desktop and osso_initialize() for the service name.
