Browser is fine. In fact all maemo apps running as a service (having
X-Osso-Service=foo) have normal priority. Just those without (like
scummvm or my own shell script) have higher priority. I have reported it
as a bug https://maemo.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=374
