Ok, so this points to a bug in libosso-ic.so (the library providing the IC API) and I'll have to investigate this more. Can you give any instructions how to reproduce it? I haven't seen this before so I suspect there's something special needed for triggering this bug. What 770 software version are you using? > Do you know where the status_changed messages are being generated? It's printed from libosso-ic.so.
