No problem. Beeing a Debian User (and running Unstable on my main computer at home) i encounter this stuff quite frequently *g*. Did you do your upgrade by invoking apt-get upgrade or apt-get dist-upgrade? If you upgrade from one distribution to another (and i think that mistral-beta and mistral can be considered as two different distributions) it's advised to use dist-upgrade.
