I don't think that's a sensible assumption. I think the whole point of
the garage repository is that Nokia's saying "We don't support this. Use
it at your own risk." If we want to say that some packages are more
supported than others then we may need extra repositories, like Ubuntu
has.

Also, if software must be relatively bug-free before it is packaged then
it will never become relatively bug-free, because it needs to be
packaged so that people can try it and report bugs. People need a way to
release early.
