I unfortunately don't know whether this daemon can be used in a Scratchbox environment, but it would be a good thing to figure this out. Patrik, Johan? Then the ICD is not used by the Application Manager. This is documented in the maemo Wiki somewhere, but the Wiki is too slow right now.
