Sounds good, but do the developers then need to have Scratchbox targets
for each repository?
Would it be possible to do it somewhat like the way Debian/Ubuntu does it:
1. Maintainers upload Debian source packages.
2. Autobuilders build binary packages for each repository and send
emails to maintainers if there are errors.
?
Even if there are no autobuilders I would still want to enforce the
requirement for having proper Debian source packages for everything that
is distributed from Garage.
