Hi, the copyright notice is missing from COPYING file in both libgpsbt and libgpsmgr files, the right text can be found at debian/copyright file. Also libgpsbt/debian/copyright file talks about libgpsmgr library instead of libgpsbt. All the *.c and *.h files have correct copyright texts in place.
