I'm sorry, but given that UNIX filesystems (regrettably) don't support multiple versions of a file, you probably have another copy somewhere else. Try starting it via the navigation bar, then going to xterm, typing "ps aux |grep timetracker". Same with "run-standalone.sh". It should be different... Or maybe the process doesn't terminate?
