It is hard and, in fact, quite useless to tell the US shop to ship
devices to another country either a) breaking business agreements with
other Nokia related branches or b) doing something they are not allowed
to do with US customs.

I don't know which is the case of the Nokia USA shop, really, but it
doesn't matter much: they can't send you a device just like that.
