No. Qemu is not capable of emulating the ARM processor well enough to
actually execute ARM binaries. Qemu is used to compile ARM binaries, but
that is all. This should get better eventually(TM). In fact, there may be
cases where you have to compile your software on the actual ARM chip in your
device using cross-compilation. Please see the Maemo 3.0 Tutorial [1].
